LPL Focus Breakout AV Request Form

This form equips our breakout production team with information needed to ensure your session is set up for success.

Breakout sessions that require additional Audio/Visual outside of the standard Breakout AV set need to complete the “Audio Visual Support – Optional Equipment” section of this AV Request Form. AV requests made onsite are not guaranteed. Session owners must submit this additional AV Request Form by July 17, 2026. One form per topic code.

Please indicate the total number of speakers. If a panel, include the moderator in the total.
Cost is $975 per additional stools over 4. Note: A dedicated union carpenter for setup is required and included in this cost. Head tables will not be able to be provided. If you wish to present seated, you must request a stool on this form.

Audio Visual Support

The following Audio Visual components will be provided complimentary in your breakout room:

  • LCD Projector and Screen
  • Podium with Microphone
  • (4) Wireless Microphones (2 Lavaliers and 2 Handhelds Provided)
  • Sound System
  • (1) Flipchart & Markers
  • (4) Stools included for panelists* (additional stools require labor for setup and teardown)

Optional Equipment

The following items are available at the specified additional costs listed. You will be responsible for additional expenses incurred and sales tax for requested equipment and/or labor. Certain equipment requests and panel discussions will require additional labor. A labor estimate is available upon request. All labor costs will be billed at the conclusion of the event. We will make every effort to keep labor costs to a minimum.
